At Bakery&Confectionery Industry exhibition, Lesaffre Ukraine, the world’s leader of the yeast and bakery ingredients market, is planning to hold a number of unforgettable events devoted to technologies of sandwiches and snacks production.

On April 4, 2012 the presentation-seminar “Sandwiches market: world tendencies and innovations” will be held in Hall 1 from 11:00 to 13:00. The speaker is Vitaliy Lunin, the head of SAF-NEVA bakery center (St. Petersburg, Russia).

Another event to be held at 14:00 is a master-class, which will demonstrate the new opportunities and interesting solutions for widening the sandwiches range.
