Foreign participants – 7 Countries were represented – 5: Russia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Byelorussia, Belgium. As well as 18 companies – participants of the “Pack Fair” and “FoodTechMash” had been presented packaging equipment for bakery & confectionery products, weighing equipment, raw materials and ingredients for bakery and confectionery industries.
Attendance: Target visitors of the exhibition – 2644 specialists (according to the questionnaires)
Scope of specialists’ activity:
- Bakery field – 1305;
- Confectionery field – 1409.
Number of professional activities – 7 (including professional competitions «Talent of the year» in nominations “Baker of Ukraine” and “Confectioner of Ukraine”, opened master-classes in bakery and confectionery, tasting competition “The Highest Quality”, demo-zone of the bakery and confectionery production.
